Refund Policy

01Digital products

ReadLab sells digital e-books delivered as downloadable files (such as PDF or ePub). Because digital files cannot be "returned" once they have been delivered, all sales are final, except in the cases listed below. Physical returns do not apply, as no physical item is shipped.

02When you are eligible for a refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The file is defective: the e-book cannot be opened, is corrupted, is incomplete, or is materially different from its product description, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days.
• The file was not delivered: you did not receive your download link and we are unable to deliver it within 3 business days of your request.
• Duplicate purchase: you were charged more than once for the same e-book in the same order or in separate orders.
• Unauthorized charge: the purchase was made without your permission (we may ask for information to verify this).

03When refunds are not available

• You changed your mind after the e-book was delivered or downloaded.
• You purchased the wrong title, unless you contact us before downloading it.
• Your device or software is not compatible with the file format listed on the product page.
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

04How to request a refund

Email us at contact@readlab.shop with:

• Your order number
• The email address used for the purchase
• A short description of the problem (a screenshot of the error helps)

We reply to every request within 2 business days. In most cases we will first send you a new working file or download link.

05How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the money to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in full, with no restocking or processing fees. Once a refund is issued, your download access for that e-book is removed.
