01Delivery method and time

Your e-book is delivered instantly (usually within a few minutes) after your payment is confirmed, in three ways:

  • Download button on the order confirmation page
  • Email with your download link, sent to the address you entered at checkout
  • My Account > Downloads, where you can find all your e-books at any time

In rare cases, a payment may need extra verification by the payment provider. Your download will be available as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within 24 hours.

Delivery is free for every order, worldwide.

03Where we deliver

Our e-books can be purchased and downloaded from any country where our payment methods are available.

04File formats

Each product page lists the file format(s) included (for example PDF or ePub). PDF files open on any computer, tablet or phone. ePub files open in apps such as Apple Books, Google Play Books, or any ePub reader.

05Download limits

Each purchase includes 5 downloads, valid for 365 days after purchase. We recommend saving a copy of your file after downloading. If you need more downloads, just contact us.

06Did not receive your e-book?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for our email.
  • Log in to My Account and open Downloads.
  • Still nothing? Email contact@readlab.shop with your order number and we will send your file within 1 business day. If we cannot deliver it, you will get a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
